Main Responsibilities:

• Creation of user documentation according to internal technical documentation in English
• Regular updating, modifications and corrections of technical documentation
• Consultation with the marketing department regarding technical data for the needs of marketing materials
• Creating model examples of deploying IceWarp solutions for specific groups of companies and customers
• Collaboration with other departments across companies

Relevant Experience and Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of technical English (preferably in the field of IT)
• Advanced IT orientation, knowledge of technical terms and terminology
• Diligence, consistency, attention to detail
• Very good ability to formulate and communicate complex information
• Very good communication skills
• Knowledge of working with documentation software is an advantage
