Live Chat Support Specialist

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing end-user and admin, IceWarp server and desktop support 
  • Escalating IT issues within the team where necessary 
  • Providing support for identified Level 2 and Level 3 issues where configuration solutions have already been documented
  • Providing ticket routing and escalations to Level 2
  • Gathering and analysing information about the user’s issue and determining the best way to resolve their problem
 

Relevant Experience and Qualifications: 

  • Basic experience with Linux or Windows Server
  • Good organisational, time management and prioritisation skills 
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate confidently and clearly to customers
  • English on a communication level
